* Have an egg a day. Yes, eggs, including the yolk, are good for you. They have cholesterol, but it happens to be the good kind. Although of course this still does not mean that you can gobble up 5 eggs at once! Make sure you don’t cook the eggs in vegetable oil. If you have to fry the eggs, use olive oil instead. It’s more expensive but is the healthier fat. Try hard boiled eggs on a piece of unbuttered toast for breakfast.
